UTILITY SIDE PORCH CABINS
The Utility Side Porch Cabin is one our most sought after models. This model has both a porch area as well as a larger storage area accessed by a set of double wooden doors. The unique feature with our Utility version is that is comes with 8′ side walls.
THE BASICS OF OUR UTILITY SIDE PORCH CABINS
Our Utility Side Porch Cabins offer the ability to have a dedicated work space near the porch along with plentiful storage area. The porch is 4ft x 8ft and includes a 9 Lite Window Door which allows plenty of natural light. With the ability to place the 2 x 3 windows where you like, this building is a blank canvas awaiting your creative touch. The Utility Side Porch Cabins includes:

Please contact your local Building Inspector or Homeowners Association for information. It is the customer’s responsibility to decide if ground conditions are unsuitable for delivery. Free Delivery covers one trip up to 30 miles one way, over 30 miles subject to a $2/mile (8ft and 10ft wide) or $3.50 /mile (12ft and 14ft wide) charge one way, and any additional trips may also incur charges to the customer. Free Setup includes leveling, starting with one corner at ground level, up to 3ft with customer supplied blocks, we can supply blocks for $2.00 each.
